We DID have to slow down to get off the interstate and I basically hit the brakes and the TOP UP switch at the same time and stopped under an overpass. Result - minimal water in the car - I COULD PUT THE TOP UP OR DOWN WHILE MOVING.

Hi 2KTurkey -
Like I said - many years ago.
The car was a '68, and that incident happened in probably '69-'70. I do not believe any of the first generation Camaros had manual tops. Know my old Corvair Corsa was manual - power was an option.
I may be older but sure am wiser - look what I drive now.
