That aircraft paint remover spray at Walmart does wonders for vandalism.

Or some Great Stuff foam into the tailpipe and see if you can get it to expand past the header.

Yikes!! That's insane. Best of luck getting it repaired! Don't do anything to harm her, that's just stupid, but some damage to her car...

I don't know, I'm conflicted, but I'd be really pissed off if that happened to me!

I still think it's possible to fix it with Paintless. Here's a big dent that was fixed at one of Wendy's SoCal dent days:

i had something like that happen to my mx5. damn shopping cart from no where. and i was told because the dent was were the sheet metal has a V in it. it can not be removed by paintless ding method. does that make sense?
