Who in the world are your neighbors where they just kick in your fender, damn! You never said why she did it.

I am surprised that the cops would not even listen, that is a little weird, especially if you have property damage as can be clearly seen. Wonder why they didn't just go next door to interview her about it?

 

the bitch kicked it in because the car is parked in a empty lot, no numbers or letters, and its the bitch's favorite spot

 

put in a comprehensive claim, vandalism, no car did that. you pay the ded and take her to small claims court if you can prove it, otherwise you are a victem and have to live with it, such is life ....sometimes...but ....what goes around comes around. just park someplace else and go on with life with the knowlege that she must be in hell for some other issue to have taken out her anger like that...and she will get hers.
