Problem: Gear popping out at 1st gear

My 07 does it with second, but only with me.....my wife doesn't have a problem. I think my problem is that I don't press the clutch all the way in....who does lol and it pops back out as soon as I go to give it gas.....I'm 99% sure it's my fault and not the cars
