Default Problem after installing HKS springs

I have recently installed HKS lowered springs (OEM shocks) on my S2000. The springs drop the height of the car by -27mm front & -29mm in the rear. I am having problems scraping the tyres on the left front guard only. I have 18 x 8 (55mm offset) fronts running 225/40/18 where the scraping occurs.

Has this happened to anyone else before? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

That's odd -- those offsets should give you more than enough clearance for the fronts...maybe the springs aren't stiff enough?

I've never heard my tires scrape, but when I look at my fender lining, I see VERY minor damage from what appears to be occasional extremely slight scraping... So I would imagine a bigger wheel would scrape more.
