So pretty much im asking is $33000 an ok price for 04 s2k with options including installation etc...
Now if you had asked "is it a great price?" or "is it the best price?" Id have to say no.
I bought my 04 back in April (bad time to buy a convertible!) for $31,000 and this included side strakes, front spoiler and trunk spoiler.
At the end of the day - what does it matter what other people paid anyway?
You know how much you can afford - and what you have to ask yourself is, "will I be happy spending 33k on this car?" You already know the answer to that.
I know $1000 is $1000, but ultimately the enjoyment you will get from owning this car far outweighs the deal you got on it.
If you need any more proof - just ask how many of the 00 owners are bitter about spending 40-50k on the S when it first came out. Sure, they paid the premium for being the first ever owners - but I would say 90% of them dont regret doing it.
Just go buy your dream and have fun

btw... don't get the side strakes (unless you really, really like them). You'll notice very few, if any, of the S's here have them.
The ashtray and ti shift knob are small potatoes too. Don't bother with those unless you can find a way to make them throw them in at the end.

Like I said, if you really like 'em, get 'em.

So how about $31,000 with no options. Reminder, i am from the bay area and not the east coast so i find it a little bit harder.
I dont mind spending $31000 but saving $500 i wouldnt mind either!

I think a stock 04 with no options - should be obtainable on the west coast even for 31k.
Something you have to factor though is if you are looking for a rarer color or red interior - the dealer may be less likely to let it go cheap if its is a more desirable combo (i couldnt say that any is less desirable - just personal preference).
Try to work out a deal BEFORE you tell them which color combo you want - thats how I got my silverstone/red so cheap. I know I would have paid top dollar if they knew what combo I wanted beforehand.

The price from Honda.com shows that the options i chose comes to roughly about $1500. Either way, if i purchase the s2k without options, i would go out and spend $1500 for the options and install them myself. So pretty much im asking is $33000 an ok price for 04 s2k with options including installation etc...
When a dealership sells a part retail to the general public, they rarely stick to published retail prices. Most have the attitude of "take em for everything you can get!" Ask the "dealer" what they're charging you for the part and what they're charging you for the labor to install the parts.
If the dealer is allowing the $1500 you're assuming for everything you mention, installed, that's probably not too bad a deal. Basically, I got $1500 off MSRP on my car without options, then you add TT&L for a $33,116.00 drive out. I considered that to be an Ok deal, not a great one.
$33k is a couple of hundred off MSRP. If you're getting that price with the $1500 dollars worth of "installed" options, I'd still call that an Ok deal, not a great one.
JMO!
Good luck & Drive Safe,
Steve R.
