price of a good paint job?

Default price of a good paint job?

lets say i wanted to paint my car an entirely different color...how much am i looking to spend?

I had mine completely repainted in October. This included the hardtop and entailed removal of the emblems and filling of the holes.

$6,000.00

6,000 is a lot of money for that....i would charge around 3000-4000 dollars depending on the color and cost of materials...labor would not be that much to come out to 6 grand

If you do it right it's almost all labor. I'd want my engine bay done which to me means removing everything.

$5000-$6000 is about right,for a quality paint job;and sky is the limit,for custom jobs.

I had my car painted metallic green. It is about the same intensity as the new Laguna Blue Pearl.

Labor was the major factor in the price I paid. Many body parts need to be removed so the paint can be

Wow - interesting color. If there were a bigger picture (and I had more time) I'd tattoo Kermit on your hood in photoshop
