I can't say enough good thhings about Discount Tire. My baby got a flat on Friday evening. On Saturday morning I took the tire off and carried it in to DT. They unloaded the tire, repaired the flat and put it back in my trunk. After returning home and remounting the wheel, I drove back to DT where they retorqued the lugs on all four wheels. This cost me nothing. It's always free if you purchase your tires from them.

 

But they don't sell Bridgestones, do they?

 

if you can find a good DT, it is certainly great... great service... nice people... and usually willing to deal.

I once too a tire in, didn't buy it from them, they fixed it anyways!

Discount tire has absolutely the best selection and cheapest prices of any tire place you can take your car to.

 

Personally I'm no fan of DT. I have used their free services for flats, etc. (and appreciated it very much) but in the end - I chose to stop using them. I have had more bad tires (leaks, etc.) from DT then all the other dealers I've used put together. Your experience may be completely different; and, I hope it is.

 

When I was a teenager, I worked for NTW for awhile. Discount tire is by no measn the "Best" in service, but nowhere is really. Do yourself a favor and wherever you go stand in the pit area or right outside and watch what they do! Don't hesitate to yell at them or anything if they try and scuff your rims, etc. Otherwise if they do, they will try and make it like they didn't do it.

It's good that you didn't have to replace the tire since the flat was closed to the edge.
