I tried on the discount to no avail thus far, I will persist in my efforts, but the outcome has yet to be determined.
Honestly we were so busy last week I didn't even get a chance to think about asking again, I will try once more this week and maybe I can bring some good news to Fall Colors
Saud2k - I wouldn't use this stuff, what it can do is actually soften the finish on the leather and effect the vinyl in ways I am not too sure of. Especially on the leather, it is definitely not good in the long run at all. Besides, shiny makes your interior look like cheap, like it is all vinyl. Dull or satin is the classy, cool

The prices aren't so bad if it wasn't for the outrageous shipping. I was going order an 8 oz bottle of the leather treatment and the shipping doubled the cost - it was as much as the product. I'll by Lexol locally.

Sean,
Thanks for all of your help with our varied leather challenges.
I have a couple of areas on my steering wheel, where something (keys, ink pen clips) have scraped the leather...leaving a trail that resembles )))))))))))))))))).
Is there a relatively easy way to either repair or improve the feel and appearance of scrapes like these? I have several of the Townsend Leather care products, that I could use (?).
Also, I have one small area on the drivers seat, that is similar to the scrapes on the steering wheel, but with breakthrough of the surface coloring. Is there a way for a non-professional to fix this?
Thanks for any help or advice you can provide.
Steve

Hi I bought a used 02 and noticed two letters or numbers on the perforated bottom part of the drivers seat looks like the previous owner had a sports jersey of some kind on the seat it gets hot in Sacramento during the summer months and it looks like the numbers are melted into the leather any ideas what to use on seat or will I have to get it replaced ?

You can most certainly fix this, although it would have to be done by a professional. They would have to strip all of this garbage off and then refinish using the right products. I will try to see if someone is in you area if you would like, please just pm me with your zip code.
Thanks
Sean
Thanks

I was directed to this thread with a question. I have a small gouge in my streering wheel just above the H symbol. Is there any simple solution(s) and what are my options?

You should be able to repair and recolor (by a professional I mean) without having to replace. That is basically your best bet, I wouldn't try and do anything yourself. Either find someone that you can trust to do the work, do not just use the yellow pages, there are many posers in this industry, so make sure you have seen the company's work before you hire them to help you out.
