Is it possible to roll the stock fenders to 15-20mm wider? I remember reading a post but can't find it...

 

I've heard of 10mm without compromising structural integrity and factory paint but never of 15-20mm.

Roll is the wrong word to use here. Yes it is possible you basically flatten out the arch but it is something a body shop would need to do to have it look smooth. Have a body shop look at it and explain what you want done.
