if you can not fit 2 in the trunk, you can put one on the passenger seat (use a towel or something for protection).

Clarify, I don't see how you can squeeze 4 s2000 tires in the trunk. Even with the top down it's probably hard to get 3 tires in the passenger seat and 1 in the trunk.

I just went to dealer to have them change my tires and since i have bought from tire rack ( i have them shipped to my door, i didn't realise i could have them shipped to dealer !! ) So to answer your question : Yes you can put 4 tires on your car : one on the trunk and 3 on the passenger seat ( two side to side and one on the top of them, even with the top up ! )
Don't forget to protect your seat-door-dash !

WHen I had a blow out I couldnt even get one in the trunk. Maybe because it was still on the rim.

One should fit in the trunk on the rim...otherwise what is the purpose of having a spare if you have to leave your rim by the side of the road.

There is a big difference between an unmounted tire and one mounted on the rim. For those who are saying "I can fit n tires in my S2000" (where n is greater than 1), I believe they are talking about unmounted tires, not tires mounted on the rim. Please clarify if I am wrong.

To clarify every thing:

1 fully mounted tire/ wheel can fit in the trunk. The tool "case" can be lifted out and the bottom of the trunk is round and is designed to hold a tire with the trunk closed. Honda isn't that crazy.

Four mounted tires can be carried in the car. I've driven my race tires/wheels to an event before. There were 225 front and 245 rears to boot. I put one in the trunk in the aforemention manner and three in the passenger seat. Two standing up and one laying on top. I used a bed sheet to protect the inside of my car. It was super aweful and I suggest that you somehow tie the top tire to the roll hoop or something because it likes to fall off on to your shoulder otherwise!

Peace bitches.
