But he has boost!! Although, 100k is a lot of miles on a car that isn't built for boost. If the EVO miles are lower than 100k i say do it. Worst case you can hop back into an s2k w 75k for pretty cheap. Live-a-little.

Thats my plan, ima have it inspected and if i dont like it get another s2k that has less miles. I feel like my car isnt stable being hi-milage and on boost. But i surely will miss drop top and Vtech.

Price is up to your local shop labor cost. I wouldn't say its that expensive. You can always pick stock block and swap out. Do compression/leak test and see. I've seen over 100k boost s2k holding fine.

i have both cars and if I had to live with one as my daily it would be the evo. Its faster and easier to make way faster. But also it snows here and I often need 4 seats. That being said, if I lived in GA as you do I would probably keep the s2k.

evo > s2k speed
evo > s2k practicality
evo < s2k fun to drive
evo < s2k sex appeal

both are great cars. its close. but Im glad I dont have to make that decision. I am awesome cuz I have both.
