Interesting article. I didn't know that the stress on an engine at 9,000 RPMs is double that at 8,000 RPMs.

That's crazy! So if we don't VTEC our S2ks during it's entire lifetime... our engines probably will experience no stress at all... consequently s2k's probably will out live their owners!
