Viper Coupe
Acura NSX
well, one word and some letters I guess
Anyway, I didn't like the thought of the convertible either. My previous two cars were a 99 Prelude and a 92 Prelude and I wanted to stick with the hardtop. I was actually hoping to save up and get an NSX, because I didn't want the S2000 because it didn't come in a hardtop. When I went into the dealer and saw the s2k I changed my mind and took a chance with the convertible, don't regret it a bit. I love the freedom of having the top down. I put it down today on the way home from work, I think it was 55 degrees out. Oh well, besides visibility is so much better, no blind spots. I can't imagine driving a coupe again.
Hey Low S2000, your from Lancaster I see. I live right over here in Dallastown, just south of York. I work at Harley, right along rt 30. Nice to see somebody close to home.

Well, for me, the S2k was a total impulse buy. I really wasn't planning on buying a new car (was waiting for the new
BMW M3 with SMGII), but I liked the unique-ness of the S2k
(how many S2k's do you see on the road?) and I liked the performance (the engine is music to my ears!). So what did
I do? I went and bought it the day after a friend told me
a new silver/black came into the dealership. Personally,
I wasn't that keen on the soft-top. I've never really been
a convertible person and I've ordered a hardtop already.
Would I buy the S2k if it wasn't a convertible? Given the
same situation I would, although it would be easier if
the cost was dropped, and some extra features were put
in to replace the drop-top weight.
