please help. s doesn't feel right ,
hello, i was hit by a drunk girl not 48 hours out of the dealer, after insurance has bolted on a control arm and a new rim and alighnment , and gave me the car back, it feels like it drives sideways, rear right wheel was hit hard, and the alignment guy says eveything is setup straight , well the distance between the wheel well and front of wheel, to the behind the door area and back of wheel to the rear bumper are all off compared to the other wheels, they want to try to fix it again , in the meantime I FOUND THIS SITE, OTHERS MAY FIND HELPFULL

do you guys know if diminished value applies in canada, td to be specific, i am so ready to write to silvermanhelps, anyway the car don't feel right and i don't know how many times insurance is going to make me attempt to fix it , but if it never feel like it did , can't i do somthing about it , it really feels like i am driving a salvaged car , even if it is close to perfect why should i take anything less? i saved for 4 years to get the car and had it 24 hours before this nightmare, why should i risk my life at top speeds in this car, i can't bring myself to do it,
sorry to go on , but in the end , i want to take the car to the dealer , tell them it was hit and repaired, trade it in and get whatever they will give knowing that it was hit. then ask insurance to pay the difference for a new one, ANY HELP IS APPREACIATED, SAM jinecan@hotmail.com
