Please help.
**Please be kind, I am a newbie.**
I was quoted 31500 out the door price for 2003 S2000.
I know new model is dude and well aware of that it will be an updated version.
is 31500 odp a good price? or could I have done better?

Sounds a bit high but remember its spring and the S is selling strong again. I was into my local Honda dealer today to take a look at the Element. My salesman told me that S sales were soft over the winter (as you would expect) but now they are strong again.
If your price includes taxes its not too bad. Shop around.

It sounds like a decent price. But I look at it this way... you can always pay more, and you can probably pay less someplace else if you wait or shop around. But how were you treated overall? Did you feel comfortable at the dealership? Were you pressured in any way?
I would rather pay a little more for exactly what I wanted at a place I felt comfortable at and was treated right.
Just my $0.02

Here in the SF Bay Area I am thinking that would be a smoking price. The dealer where I have my service done (not where I bought my car) has a black 2003 with $6K on top of MSRP on the window. Hopefully they don't get that except from the occasional doofer who just walks into a car dealer and pays sticker without question.
With our tax rate and license fees you got the car for like $28600. Sounds like ya done good....
