Picked up my car this weekend and I could not be happier
02 Siver/Red - this car is just plain awesome. I thought I really wanted an M3 but was struggling to justify the price, I decided to go with the S2000 and after driving it for a weekend there is no doubt in my mind I made the right choice - this car is way more fun. Thanks for the input I received on this board.
Also, for anyone interested, I went (from Atlanta) to Chicago and saved over $3K. I still can't believe how much car you get for the money. I paid $30,400 total out the door. I used Jacobs Twin (Gary Poliakov) in Chicago and was very satisfied with the transaction. There's a black/black one on the lot for the same price if anyone is interested!

The price included everthing except Tax. They cannot collect tax for another state. Eventually, Georgia will bill me for the tax but based on prior experience that will take a few months/years.

Good Luck and good price! I bought mine in Jan 2000 and paid $38,000 out the door .... with an extended warrantee ($1000).
The good news is that I sold stock to pay cash for it, now that stock is only worth about $20,000.
So, one could say that I only paid $20K for it! HA!
Enjoy the car, I don't think you could find a better $30K car anyware!

Wow!! beautiful looking car. I thought I wasn't a fan of the silver S, but that has changed now. I love the interior. Can u get that same exact interior with a red or black S?

I just bought my S2000 last Friday - exact same color - Silver w Red Interior. Everyone that has seen it loves the color combo. Excellent photo. I will use it and just tell everyone it's my car, if that's OK.
