Not sure if this is legal on s2k (not my auction, not an auction at all actually) But here they are selling them for $6 shipped:

what do u mean by "legal"? i got the same one from ebay and it fits OK. i may have to buy a metal washer to make it sit more evenly next to the net. it is not flimsy at all.

Anyone considered just hiding a camel-back behind the seat? i mean, it's better than any cup, holds more, wouldn't get hit when shifting, and can be insulated much better (depending on the cup you are comparing to) just sort of thinking out loud.

Just an update. I did the cupholder install but installed it on the lower screw of the mesh instead of the upper. For my AP1, the lip of the center console is about an inch out and trying to fasten to the top screw proved to be tough, not to mention that the lip would stick out and limit the kinds of drinks i could put there.

So it hung the holder lower with a 1/2" spacer washer and it seems to be working great. Held a medium mcdonalds cup perfect. looks especially clean on a black interior

Installed one of these in front of the drivers seat, on the left side. Mounted against the short wall against the door, between the two humps- behind the large hump behind the floor mat and in front of the hump where the seat rail is bolted. Works great as long as you don't need to move the seat to far forward.

Sorry for no pics. I can't figure out how to attach them. Do they need to be posted to a website to be attached?

Yes, that's probably the best way to post pix right now, i.e. image link them from an offsite image hoster like Photobucket.
