A "rattle" I would think is the seat belt
A "click or tick" could be the soft top problem that's been addressed.
Now I'm seeing why Xviper doesn't answer these type of questions..

You have to slide and recline the seat back far enough so that it's forced against the back of the cabin. That'll hold it steady.
The roof clicking is remedied with a spray of white lithium grease to the hinges in the roof... per honda.
If you are getting wind noise where you roof meets your windsheild, replace your strikers with the hard top strikers... per honda.
