Default Passenger seat front bolt location

I installed the McGard security bolts today, replacing the front seat anchor bolts on the drivers side. I moved to the passenger side to do the same but I didn't see any bolts, just some plastic molding that surrounds the base of the seat track.

Duh, what am I missing?

I think the bolts are under the plastic covers.

That's what I initially thought too, but the plastic doesn't seem big enough to have room for the bolts. I also didn't see where or how the plastic would be removed.

You just pull the front plastic cover pieces off.
