painting the black part of rear bumber
I'm considering painting the black plastic part of the rear bumper, around the rear fog light. I would really appreciate some photos so I can decide whether do or not do it. Especially I am interested how it would look on silverstone...
Thanks for all incoming pics!

I will be doing this soon. Honestly, I think it should have come that way from the factory. All these new cars seem to be putting black on the bottom.
The S2000 isn't as bad as most. For example:

Jason, thank you very much for replying. This pic is really good looking and it convinced me at once. Thanks!
I have also taken a look at the the mentioned thread, but what I have found interesting is that none of the cars on the pics has rear fog light. Maybe you know more, is this something that USA s2ks don't have (the rear fog light), or was it removed and the hole filled in, or where they simply painted?

I think that is mainly just a European thing, since you guys DO get some terrible fog, and the driving styles are so much different over there.
If people had rear foglights in the US, people would probably find a way to put 1,000,000 candlepower lights in place of them to ward off tailgaters and people with bright lights.
