Default Our S2000 compatriots in Japan lead parade lap for Honda-sponsored Indy 300

Our friend and representative in Japan participated in the Indy 300 last
weekend along with 30 other S2000 owners who live in greater Tokyo.

The event took place at the Motegi super speed way, which is owned by Honda.
Honda sponsors this event. To show off the S2000, Honda organized
a pre-race parade. Our rep in Japan is a member of the Tokyo S2000 club,
which Honda asked to lead the parade. Most of the professional drivers competing in the race rode shotgun in the S2000s for the parade lap, a really nice touch for the event. Our friend had Sam Hornish, Jr. as his passenger.

Here are some photos our friend sent (his is the red car). BTW, he's the one who supplies the sidemarkers, gear sets, and other products from Japan that we offer.

Because the people at Honda Japan are smarter and more passionate than the people at Honda North America.

Where are the driver's.... they all seem to be passengers!

I've lapped the Indy 500 track several times in an MG, man would I love to do it in the S2000. AHM, where are you?

Hmmm, I find those gold wheels on the silverstone mighty attractive. I didn't think that combo would look good but from a distance, it's sharp.

Very nice and odd seeing everyone on the right hand side driving.

Wish American Honda was less conservative.

I know this is ancient history, but Honda Australia use the HSCC for parade laps.
