Thats great.. I know you will love the car.
My old one was yellow. I liked it from day one, and the color just grew on me. I wanted to get another one, but I changed my mind at the last second.. I ordered the Silver with Red and Black..
I hope it looks nice.. Oh well.. if not, I will order a yellow one instead.
I also want to get a copy of the VIN number.

So mid Oct looks like it might be what it is, not early Oct like the dealer told me. I am sure I will have the first yellow 2002 in Florida for whatever that is worth. I can not wait!!! Lets all keep this thread active with any information so we can get a better picture of when the cars will be on their way.

A saleman from Weseloh Honda in San Juan Capistrano, CA, called me yesterday to ask if I was still interested in an S2000. He said they were getting their first MY2002 in next week.

Incidentally, they quoted me a price of $39,995 with all of the "optional" accesories mandatory. No thanks .

My Honda dealer here in Indy told me that the MSRP for the 2002 models was going to go up around $300. Nothing is official, yet, so it's anyone's guess.
