I too use the Fumoto oil drain valve on my '05 AP2 with stock intake. Very easy to drain and replace oil filter from above, even with big hands ad forearms. It takes a few minutes longer to drain, but makes the whole oil change process much quicker and easier. I highly recommend it.

Rino Ramps .....safe and easy. somehow most of the oil makes it into the pan when i do my change, and it is clean upon starting the engine and rechecking. i am yet to fit my filter wrench on the oil filter, usually it is hand tight since i put it on in the first place. if need be i used a large pipe wrench to loosten the filer as i will not be using it again.

use the jack that comes with the car.... and forget about jack stands...

you only need the car high enough to put the pan under it and unscrew the plug.

:always: use a jack stand for safety when under the car,you can use the one jack stand method as discusse din this thread along with the jack but never EVER go under a vehicle with just a jack supporting it.
