Default Only 28K Please Help ...

I just recently purchased an 01 s2k , the car is great but now im feeling that it is getting chopy shifting into 2nd gear , the car is not warrantied anymore and the guy that i purchased it from screwed me and said it was still under warranty, i also have a funny smell coming from it , my freind said it was a coolant leak any help would be greAt Thanks ADAM

You can sue the guy for a breach of express warranty. If he said it was there, and you reasonably relied on that as part of the purchase, he is liable (at least in FL). If he was a dealer, or sold cars for a living, he should be liable in most states under the UCC.

Look into it. It will probably involve court costs and all sorts of other expenses, but if the problem is big enough, it might warrant that.

You probably wouldn't even have to go that far because if you had a legitimate claim then the guy would probably pay for the repairs to avoid the legal trouble.
