I ordered new S badges just before Christmas and got them within a week. They were of goog quality and I had no hassles.

Glad to see positive postings here. Too many of us on the board do not think first before putting comments out that are inflammatory and insulting. As I've said many times in my forum (Vintage), we need to be criticizing the message, not the messenger.

With that said, I have not bought items from Rick, but have had the great opportunity to attend the last Fall Colors and am looking forward to the coming Vintage Spring Fling. He really has gone above and beyond in his dedication to S2Ki.

I received my visor covers quickly and they are exactly what I was hoping for. There has been a delay with the shift knob but I understand the third party hassles and they took care of me nonetheless. I'm more than confident the right knob will show up and I will love it. I'm much more tolerant of any problems and delays with Rick's because it is such a unique, specialized service catered to the S for which I am most grateful and for their efforts.
Now, if it were Amazon, I'd be banging down their door because I know they have full-time, dedicated customer service people.

Kudos to Rick and his team for taking on a unique challenge and providing us enthusiasts with hard to find products and services. A glich here or there is the price you pay for exclusivity.

I've purchased S Badges through the mail received in timely fashion. I registered for Fall Colors online & then had to make changes. All questions & changes made in timely fashion & correctly. At Fall Colors purchased wind screen & shift knob, while didn't deal directly with Rick his staff were very pleasant and answered all questions.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending Rick's or purchasing from him.

I had a good experience buying from Rick's in the past. Service was prompt, and the products were great.

However, I am EXTREMELY pissed at his childish attitude and immature behaviour by suspending all sales to Canada just because of one complaint.

Attack the issue with customer service not blanketing policies.

I was going to purchase the 4.57 gears from him, but now I'm not so certain that I will.

And if I ever meet him in person, I will tell him so.

As some of you may have seen, I've been having a devil of a time getting my 4.77 I bought from Rick installed. The first mechanic I choose couldn't do it properly and I'm about to try another. Out of the blue, Rick offered a new set of install components! It's not his fault that my mechanic was unqualified but he choose to help me out. That's unheard of these days. I don't EVER remember getting that kind of customer service in the aftermarket car part business.

Hats off to Rick.

As soon as Im an owner the Rick website will recieve a couple of orders from myself.
I had a problem before with Diabolique Racing when a short shifter was ordered and never delivered, now that I remember I have to E-Mail them again, at least be happy you guys get an answer from Rick with his hope to fix the problem while I got nothing from those Bastards of Diabolique Racing. Well Im off cuz this just pist me off.... I want my money back!!!

Dont get the wrong idea guys but I dont think you guys may have such a problem with Rick althought I dont know what exactly happened but as I can see the problem was fixed.
Rick keep up the good job.
