Mike. They're the kind I bought. As I said, they give a nice look, but they're not very practical if you spill any liquids on them. Also, when you walk on them, it sounds like you're wearing stiletto heels (click-clack). My dogs hate them; they slip and slide like crazy when trying to walk on them! They were expensive, not the kind I imagined (I thought they were rubberized), and wouldn't buy them again.

jackhammer the floor up, then have new concrete laid with the tile shapes pressed into the floor with each "tile" dyed alternating colors. I will try to post a pic of my uncles floor that is this way black and light grey.

Mine is normal, but has a head stone where I park.
My dad's garage was carpeted when he bought it.

I've been considering a floor color and my research has led me to light grey concrete stain. Unlike paint, it does not lift but just wears away slowly in the high traffic areas. Just roll another coat on every couple of years to keep it looking fresh. Unfortunately, stain has a dull finish, not the slick shiny surface that epoxy or urethane finishes have but it is much easier to apply and holds up well. I'm going to do mine in a couple of weeks.
