Hey everyone,
i know this is a stupid question but what oil do you guys use? i'm currently using the honda oil, wanted to do a service for my car and i was thinking what oil should i buy?

I use valvoline synpower 10w30. The valvoline tests higher or equal to mobil 1 in every category except oxygen uptake (measure oxidization stability of an oil).

But it tested higher than mobil 1 in NOACK (how thick an oil becomes as it gets older), TBN (basically how long you can go between changes), and the four ball wear test (wear protection test). Those were more important to me than the oxygen uptake.

Amsoil ATM 10-30, there is nothing better for a 9,000 rpm 240HP 2 liter engine.. order it online if you cant find it local.

Amsoil all the way. 0-30 series 2000 for me though. Only the best for my baby, My opinion anyway.
