I'd imagine if both rear quarters had to be replaced, the damage would be large enough to impact other parts of the car, too.
OP--your doors still have the VINS? So stop sweating it.

OK, I went out and checked - I have the VIN's present on the front and rear bumpers, the trunk lid, the hood, both doors, dash and engine firewall. Any place else I need to look?
And yes - they all match.
I was hoping my was the last 03 that rolled of the factory/boat and they got lazy and forgot to slap stickers on...

Not sure where you live, but in Massachusetts where I'm from that sticker is vital to passing the inspection. They scan the car and without one I don't think you'd have any luck passing the yearly inspection.

I know in Canada at our Honda dealers you can get a replacement sticker as long as you have the ownership and VIN they can order you a new one. I have done this a few times for body shops.
