Octane Booster?
Has anyone used octane booster with our cars? I currently use 93 octane and i'm thinking of buying some octane booster to start using over the summer...anyone experience any benefits from doing this?

You only need higher octane to stop preignition. I doubt you will need it unless you are running a turbo-charger, supercharger, or running your engine way to hot.

.... its a waste of money if you can already get 93 octane for a stock engine.
The S is designed to run on 91octane, you already get 93 which is more than the car designed for. Octane booster is a waste of your hard-earned money. Instead of giving your $ to big corporates, contribute your hard-earned $ to charities will be better.

The only real way to boost your octane is to mix in some 100+ octane. Those "octance booster" bottles will give you a .8 increase at most. My brother buys big cans of VP MS103 and mixes it in when he feels like it.
