Man... Honestly if you try to fight it, they will win that battle, it isnt worth it. Check the db laws on exhaust, and see if the silencers will meet it, if they do, throw em in and have it checked out. If not SECRET AP1 is your new best friend

to my knowleadge, fix its arent contestable.
i'm not advocating this type of behaviour, but, you can alsways slap your plates on another black s2k with a stock exhaust and take that car.
or you can trade your exhaust with mine, i'll even do teh labor. =]
