NOS/SC question about RJ's ride
In the movie the fast and the furious, the S2000 (RJ's) uses NOS but his car is equipped with a comptech SC. To use the NOS kit, did he take off the SC or did he use both(possible?)??

Creative camerawork can make anything look fast - remember Herbie the Love Bug? Of course the fact the S2000 was racing a Jetta does make it a bit easier...

if you think about it, it could actually be very possible to run nitrous and an SC. A sced s2k puts down around 280 to the wheels, a turbo s2k puts down around 330 to the wheels. So the turbo s2k is running fine. I think an sced one could handle a 35 shot without a problem maybe 50 but I'd say go with higher octane fuel and more fuel. the nitrous should make a good amount of power with the sc. I think a 35 shot is very possible on someone like wes's trim. The only thing I was wondering was would there be any way you could moniter it and make sure your not running to lean? Possibly a very accurate A/F gauges or EGT gauge?
also if anyone is actually interested in doing this you could always talk to jon stuart (no one know more about nitrous than this guy) by calling http://www.nitrouswarehouse.com i'm sure he could give you a good answer on if it would work or not.

I figured someone else would mention this, but they didn't. An ex-member of this board "Larry@bodywerks" had/has a SC/NOS S2000. He was not interested in discussing his setup, he wanted to be the fastest S2000 in America.
