i just got it done on my car. they said they would not order the parts untill i had dropped the car off then they would order it and put it in when they got the parts but i had to leave my car with them during that whole time. luckily my familys dealership does a lot of business with them so we were able to get them to order the parts and only take them the car once they got them in and could get it done within the day. so now ive got my new taillights! i just called up and asked about the taillight recall on MY00's and they knew what i was talking about.

I just had it done today. I read this thread yesterday around 5pm, called them right then, set up an appointment for this moning, went in, and they already had the parts. They replaced them with apparently identical taillights (not '02).

Some bodywork has to be done to install the 04's, so I highly doubt that that is possible. Maybe the '02-'03.

Yeah, I had it done and then the dealer found out that my VIN is too high (8xxx). Now they are going to take them out and put my old ones back in. That sucks...
