Got home tonight to a box on the front porch and was all fired up -- and then I opened it:







The box was in good shape and this was packed well, but they found a way to smash the contents nonetheless.

 

ouch! you better be calling the company who shipped it to you!

who signed for it?

 

Nobody signed for it. DHL just left it on the front porch.

If the box was in good shape it was probably packed incorrectly. I've had boxes delivered to me that looked like they were delivered using a catapult, with the product inside perfectly intact.

 

I'd vote for poorly packed.

DHL's the worst. I refuse to ship with them or buy from venders that use them.

UPS is next worst

 

If it was in good shape and it was packed well... than obviously it did not break during shipping. Items inside the boxes do not automatically break if the box is still in good shape.
