If it takes you less than 7 hours, you're doing it wrong....and thats with a porter cable.

I can usually come home from work on friday, around 3-4pm, wash+clean interior and all glass inside and out and be done before dark which is 530ish. I usually don't use a clay bar but when the car doesn't show any lines, swirls, or wavy patterns in direct sunlight I don't think I'm doing much wrong...
As for polishing, this was my first time ever on any car. I couldn't believe how well it came out after my first try, but it works. I can't see myself spending half a day detailing a car.

Good one.
The S2000 has pretty subtle styling with gentle curves. Black does not do justice to the lines. It sort of erases them because you don't get that good gradation of light reflecting across the surfaces. Light is just absorbed. NFR does a pretty good job of showing the lines.
For the record, I've had plenty compliments from ladies on my NFR.
