because you sound like a stupid fanboy who did some quick research and typed up some made up car plan with popular buzz word products trying to cover yourself.

GT35R
AEM EMS
"single can HKS carbon"
turboback 3"

I don't believe anyone who has "industry contacts" and worked for Craig Paisley and was planning some 400hp car would start off by asking about "NOS" on a forum's general page.

so again what exhaust and intake would give the most gains and how big of a hit can u use on the s?
The best set up would be DC header with the 5zigen exhaust. As for intake, just take off the airbox lid and add a tornado. Then add a 150 shot. That should be good for a couple horsepower. JK
J's Racing header with T1R 70mm single exhaust is supposed to be a great combo for adding power. Dunno about intake. Maybe the CWEST intake if you can find it. Forget about NAWS.

Ha. You obviously don't know me! Thats just based off of what I've heard so, no promises. Forget bolt-ons for horsepower though. Those 3000 dollar intakes (gruppe, CWEST, ASM) and even the "less expensive" mugen and such are just JDM bling in my opinion. Go FI for HP, or gears. So I don't get flamed, yes I am hating because I can't afford a 3000 dollar intake. I actually could, but my Wife would kill me.

I was actually being sarcastic and referring to the DC Sports header part... As far as I know, the DC sports header actually robs you of power.

Now the J's racing header and T1r 70mm, that from what I hear are some very good parts. I wasn't really referring to those

I would've use a moer serious tone if i was referring to those

Best performing exhaust on the market, bar none.
