Default Newbie with a question

I just picked up a MY04 in Silverstone Metallic and have a question that is probably really silly, but I would appreciate ya'lls advice. Here is the question:

For normal around town driving, what is the ideal RPM at which I should let the clutch out? I don't have a problem with stalling out, quite the opposite: I unintentionally do a burnout!

Thanks for any help ya'll can provide!

what type of tires are you on in the rear. Im on SO2's and its not easy to break the rears loose even with a 5k rpm clutch dump... i usually go from 1500 - 2000 rpms when im driving normally

It came with Marshal Matrac's, which I am told are Kumho's discount brand, but I am planning to buy a set of Pirelli PZero Nero M&S.

You do know M&S stands for "Mud and Snow".... right?

My advice would be ( if its your daily driver ) to get some tires that are good in dry AND wet conditions ( I have the Falken FK-451's and I've been VERY happy with them! 205's up front and 245's in the rear... make sure you don't get the recomended 225's out back if you go with anything other than OEM S02's )... get a set of good tires for dry and wet, then get a second set of wheels with snow tires on them for winter.

1500-2000 rpm sounds right to me.

yup, get 245s for the rear. The reason being the stock S02s are very "square" and the tread extends almost to the very edge of the tire. Other tires are more rounded, and to get equal tread width, you need up go with a 245.

edit: I'm asuming this is the same with the S03s as well?
