I placed an order for the new Tanabe Racing Super Medallion at a local shop, who initially took my order and said it would be in in 5 -7 days. I then get a call that it is actually on back order and won't be in until 1 month. So, I cancelled my order. I then went on-line and found the exhaust on speedandstyle.com and placed my order, but then received a call the next day stating that the new exhaust has not yet been made for the S2000 and won't be out until May or June. Does anyone know if this exhaust is available yet, I seem to be getting conflicting stories from different dealers.

 

I ordered the Tanabe Racing Medallion exhaust for my S2000 on February 4th. I went through A.R.D. Motorsports, who informed me that it would be a month before I received it. Fortunately it arrived on my doorstep a little after two weeks of waiting, drop shipped directly from Mackin. The salesman I spoke with told me that this was the knew stainless steel edition. If there is a wait for it now, I'd suggest getting on the waiting list. The exhaust is beautiful and the sound is breath taking. The fit is perfect and the exhaust was very easy to install. I haven't noticed rattles of any kind, coming from the exhaust or caused by the boom of the exhaust. Not to sound like a salesman, but I hope you wait it out man. Good luck!

 

The Super Racing Medallion is available right now. I dunno what that store is talking about. There are people who already purchased the new edition. I'm not sure about the back order part though....

The Super Racing Medalion has been released, but Mackin has been out of stock for awhile now. The new Super Hyper Medalion has not yet been released stateside.

I just shipped out a Super Racing Medalion to a customer in Italy.

The only phone number I have for A.R.D. is 619-827-7202. The exhaust ended up costing me $809.95 with shipping. That might vary a little for you, being that they had it shipped all the way from CA to VA. Hope this helps you out man.
