Wow, you went through a Seibon phase? I mean, I went through a teething phase, a "terrible two's" phase, a puberty phase, and eventually a rebel phase... never had the dreaded "silly Seibon's" though.

Tyraid2K - Do they come with the rails and are they a perfect bolt in?

please update us.
no they are not a direct bolt in, you'll need brackets
seibon sent me this e-mail when i asked about the product...
Dear Matt,
Thanks for writing us. The seats come with sliders as they are shown in our
photos. But you still need to purchase brackets specifically for the Honda
S2000, such as the ones made by Sparco or Bride.

It probably does come with a label. The label probably says something to the direction of "For off-road use only".
This way, if you get hurt using your car for anything other than basic transportation, then the liablity and accountability is on you and how you were mis-using your car.
If you get hurt because of a bad quality seat contributing to your injuries in an accident on public streets, the liability and accountability are still point to you. You were informed that the seat was for 'off-road' use only, yet you didn't listen.
It's a win-win. The manufacturer/distributer wins, as well as the retailer.
