Am I the only one that think it doesn't look bad!?

It's weird though, the head is all classic but the rest of the car is very futuristic...

Some company did a kit car EXACTLY like that one a few years back...I think someone on that site got their pics messed up...
I'm going to call BS foul on that too. If you read the caption about the "eagle-eyed AutoWeek reader," it doesn't seem real. Also, what would a pre-production car be doing on a beach with a surfboard (?) in the background?

And where are the door handles?

I've seen the design on the below link a few times on different sites. This is more how I would think the new Mustang would look....

That does look better. However, if you read the article on the link I gave, it makes sense of how the stang looks in that article. Talking about how it is now based off of the same chassis as the thunderbird, and who knows... this could just be a concept car at this time, but it does share some of the current mustang's features.

It's also not a photochop.... I've studied it closely to look for cuts, blends, etc, and other telltale signs of photoshopping.

From the first pic of the mustang, it looks like Ford is trying to merge the new with the old. The front end looks like it came from an old mustang, while the rest of the car looks like it came from a newer mustang.

I must be cranky today....

1) Why is this in S2000 talk?
2) Who freaking cares?

If I spent my life worried about what car was faster than me in a straight line I would have kept riding motorcycles and woule be content in the knowledge that you'd have to be way rich to take me.

The S is not a drag racer. I don't care how fast the Mustang is, its going to have four seats, its going to be heavy and its going to be mass produced and at that, produced for the mass mentality.

While I know it's the current fad among sytlists, the excessively high wasteline of this design is a real turn-off. The car looks like the heavy beast it will probably turn it to be.
