Hi all,

Went to the Tokyo Auto Salon, and took some nice pics of what you guys would love,,,! The new Mugen S2000. The best aero kit I have seen so far.

http://www.zigzagasia.com/cars/s2000/013/project.html

Easily the best designed, easily the most expensive kit out there. What do you think?

oh, and one more thing, they do not tune Hondas but they tune Nissans and Subarus, A tuner called "Tommy Kaira" debued at our site. Please check them out. We are trying to market these guys in the US and Europe.

Just check out the official mugen website and those aerokit's price are super expensive.
The whole new look may cost you $US10000 or more.
The front bumber looks nice but the rear spoiler is too
low to be effective for generating high down force.
Most race car had their rear wing level or just a little
bit lower than the roof line.

No grill in the front of that car? Looks odd.

Yea, Nick is getting the same kit on his car...but I think there are some subtle differences...

Nick, in his typical loudmouth fashion, will probably chime in and blab about it... hehe

But you're correct, there is no grill on the front. On Nick's car, King crafted a fiberglass "tunnel" which brings air in from the fascia right on to the condensor/radiator. And on each side of that, there are functional brake ducts that bring air right on to the rotors. I asked Scott about the lack of grill when we were there on Friday, actually, and he said that it is open, but all the bits in front of the condensor will be painted black so they won't be visible.

It's an impressive array of technology...you guys will see that in April when Scott brings the King Motorsports S2000 to S2KDays...

I like the carbon air intake box!!! Arf.... what a classy air intake!! "Mugen power" stamped!! Superb piece, Inconspicuous but still there under the hood!! I would love to have one installed. Mugen power, and a red VTEC engine cover!! Yeah!! That's the best!

I don't really like the frond bumper, the other parts are ok!!
The hood quality is impressive! Nice machine to race on the shutogo asphalt!! LOL

How much weight this car gained after these improvments?

Looks like the Mugen folks have been watching too much of the old movie Heavy Metal. Simular?
