Are new motor & trany mounts worth while?
I have seen a replacement motor mounts kit for 700 some bucks. This seems like a lot for replacing motor mounts. Are people actually replacing them for this kind of money? I started looking for solid ones and wasn't able to find any.

if you're talking about putting an f20c into a different car, this is the wrong forum... and if you're talking about the S2000, why replace the motor and tranny mounts at all?

Yes, I was talking about a S2000 motor mount replacement to something stiffer. I have found repalcements for 750-850 and was shock at the price. That is why I was wondering if people actually change them for this kind of money.

I have a broken motor mount, researched the cost of OEM and Spoon, and it's outrageous. The OEM mount will cost me $90. I don't know if the Spoon mounts consist of more than what I priced out to replace my cracked mount (rubber part). I have not heard of anyone even considering the Spoon mounts...and I have not heard of anyone else breaking their OEM mounts.
