New Headlights?
I was wondering if anyone has heard about or seen these headlights Nopi online.
Is there anything else different about the JDM and the US versions instead of the clear lens and opposite aiming of the lights (little bars on the surface)? Do they look a lot different than the North American ones with the amber pieces taken out? Just wondering since 1 grand seems to be a lot for clear lights. Also, are there any differences from the headlights of Europe? I remember somebody on the board saying that they had the ability to adjust their leveling/aiming at will.
Thanks,
Phi

JDM headlights are aimed wrong! Their reflectors should be set up for RHD "wrong side of the road " driving so the beams are higher on the left side, the side our oncoming traffic comes. Since that part is not adjustable, I dont think its a good idea.

Ridiculous. NOPI must be kidding if they think I'm going to spend $1000 USD on "CLEAR" headlights.....hehe I don't care if they have a "black inner housing" (as ours already do)

PS-anyone know how much factory US headlights for the S2k cost?

You are right about the European model having adjustable headlights.
We have a similar setup here in Australia. It is regulation that cars with HID headlights must have automatic adjusters that sense the height of the rear suspension and adjust the angle of the lights accordingly. It's also mandatory to have lense washers.
This is ridiculous on our cars, as it's almost impossible to weigh down the rear unless you filled the boot with lead or something.
Means that HID headlights are a very expensive concept here, so you don't see many cars with them!
