I got my car "new" from the dealer, but the GM drove it as a commute vehicle for himself for about 4600 miles. He told me that he would drive his service dept. crazy looking for any noises or things that needed to be fixed. And, when I first got my car, I regretted not getting it absolutely brand new. But, now I am wondering maybe I did a good thing. I am noticing a few topics where there are some noises the owners are reporting and having to take it back to the dealer to find the problem. Does anyone have an opinion about this? Did I do the right thing after all? Thanks for any input.

 

You may well have done the "right" thing, but many owners of truly new cars, including me, have no complaints at all. It's a Honda.
