new bumpers

are they painted from factory? Any ideas how much they run?
The car is so long and low that I scraped the bottom today... since the stongard rolls under, it took almost all of the damage... but there are 3 spots. The damage is under the bumper... can't really see it but I know it's there... I guess I could touch it up, but I am stupid and anal... and am wondering how much a new bumper is.
thanks,

Not painted from the factory...
Mirror housings and door handles are, but I think everything else is unpainted...
Dunno if a chin spoiler would hide your damage? Of course if you scraped the stock bumper, the chin spoiler is a tad lower...
My car is black, so it doesnt show... I only know its scraped when I wax the car...
Gee, I knew there was SOME good reason to own black

I too don't think bumpers are factory painted. If it's just scratches on paint they will not recommend you getting a new bumper. They will tell you to touch it up or if you can't deal with it, it would mean a repaint.
It's really the same thing but cheaper option.
Repaint: Take out bumper, paint it
New bumper: New bumper, paint it, replace your existing bumper.
So there's no advantages at all in getting a new bumper unless your current one is damaged.

ahh hell, for $700, I'll put that towards my buy a supercharger fund.
To be honest, the damage are all about the size of rock chips, and they are on the underside of the bumper.. I am telling you stongard really too the brunt of the attack. And since there are only like 3 spots, I'll touch it up.
