H&R kit uses the same Bilstein damper as Bilstein does in their PSS kit, but H&R has their own spring.

Buy the PSS kit, then you can test springs untill you find some springs that you like. almost all coilovers (German anyway) uses the same diameter of their springs so theirs' allot of springs to test

KW has a kit to S2000 (bouth bound and rebound adjustebl) KW also sell separate springs to coilovers

It is the PSS9 and you can order it direct from Bilstein and they going to ship them to my Family in Germany.
I don't know about international shipping but I am thinking to talk to TSS in Germany and ask them to sell them to us because they ship to the USA and don't charge sales tax. The problem is that I have to pay right now 16% sale tax on the top of the $1299 because Bilstein Germany sell only within Germany.

I think he has to pay sales tax because he is buying the coilovers like a regular German customer. So as far as avoiding the sales tax i dont think its possible unless a wholesaler exports them to the US.
To ship a set of coilovers from Germany the cost is around $130-150.
Im pretty interested in seeing them myself.

Sales tax in the US is dependent on which state you live in. Some most states have some form of sale tax that run anywhere between 6-8%. I live in Oregon at the time and we do not have any sales tax here. I thought California was bad (they would tax air if they thought they could get away with it) but a 25% sales tax makes me want to cry. WOW that is crazy

i'd be interested in hearing your supply source as well. Although my German is not great, I was unable to find that part number or kit on Bilstein's world headquarters website, www.bilstein.de, though I was able to find the standard PSS kit (1056.90 euros) and the BMW E36 non-M3 PSS9 kit (1140.52 euros) on their site. The part number that was provided for the PSS9 kit is also not listed at all on the daily inventory list I get directly from Bilstein. I won't believe it until I find some sort of confirmed source that can be verified independently.
