New 05 silverstone owner coming from a ZO6
I just wanted to say hi to all! I have been scanning this site for almost two months now and have decided to join the S2000 crew. I got my new 05 silverstone black/red about two months ago as well. I recently had an 01 ZO6 and have been very pleased with my new honda thus far. I have noticed that both cars are completely different in good and bad ways.
First of all, the ZO6 was a beast. Just no way around that. Very rarely did I see a car that could compete. Although, you can't compare the two on horsepower and torque much less the fact that they are two different cars all together. The car was fun to drive and was top notch, but lets just say that it got old. Now on the other hand, the S2000 is so much more fun to drive. Although lacking in torque and some horses, it is such a great performing car. And I can tell you that I get way more looks in my S2000 than I ever did in my ZO6. Eventhough it is an limited production car as well. It is not my daily driver, but I try to not to keep it locked up for too long. Anyways, I'm glad to be on here and I look forward to learning more about my new car and helping others as well.

welcome. i agree with your assessment of the z06. it was impressive like a friggin roller coaster in acceleration, but it got old. and to be honest, i got scared of the power.
