Needs brackets for seats! (pic)
I e-mailed Seibon to get some clarification on their product. I'm looking for the rails they are talking about for our car. There are so many choices. Can someone send me in the right direction?

Dear Matt,
Thanks for writing us. The seats come with sliders as they are shown in our
photos. But you still need to purchase brackets specifically for the Honda
S2000, such as the ones made by Sparco or Bride.

If you search for "Sparco Seat Mount S2000" on google, you'll get directed to the PDF.
5002028F and 5002029F
Seem to be the part#s.
Looks like they're $85 each.

I cant seem to make sense of that pdf though... I just need a base to mount the sliders on and bolt to the floor, that claims I need a base, this is way more confusing than it should be

You need a base. This base mounts to the stock location in the car. The sliders inturn mount to the base. The sliders in turn, are mounted to the seats. Make sence?
This is true of all aftermarket seats, unless they were made to fit our car and only our car from the factory.

I actually called Sparco though and they said first of all that they weren't familiar with the Seibon seats or brand for that matter. But they said they only make sparco brackets and bases to fits sparco bolt patterns and that i was essentially waisting my time with them. Do you think they are wrong and just don't know what I'm dealing with?
I measured my sliders. The bolt holes are 14.5in side to side center hole to center hole and 11 1/8in. front to back. Does that help anyone pick out a setup?
again thanks for the help... I just don't want to buy something and return it, but if you are positive that the sparco base is what i need I will go for it.

Funny title
You will have to modify the mounts. It is really common to have to drill a fwe holes to get stuff to fit the way you want it to. For example, mounting a set of Recaro, using Recaro side mounts and Sparco bases, you have to drill holes so the side mounts can be mounted to the bases.
The bottom line is that the Sparco bases will mount to the car. The sliders mount to the seats. So the only thing missing is how to mount the sliders to the base. It will be up to you to get the siders mounted to the bases.
