I'm on my 6th set of tires. They've all been S-02s, the best out there. I tried the S-03s once and they sucked big hairy monkey balls. I took them off after about 150 miles. (So I guess that's 7 sets of tires.)

stick with the OEM tires (bridgestone s02). honda has researched all kinds of tires and they obviously chose the s02's. i will go with what honda recommends.

I just got S-03s with my new 17" wheels, Alex. I believe Bridgestone has changed the S-03 tire some in the last year or so... The new model is called the "Pole Position." Maybe you had the original style??
Anyway, so far, so good... But I haven't had the weather or road conditions to really give 'em a legitimate review.

s-03's have better treadwear, so if you're after that with *some* performance go with the s03. in terms of pure performance, the s02 is the obvious choice.

Chaz, I tried the S-03 a while back, and they were not the Pole Positions; they weren't out yet. I think I'm gonna try the S-03 PP's, seeing as I'm just about at the tread indicators on my rears... And then I'm gonna laugh because I said "PP."

PP!! I didn't even notice that!
Well, as I said, they seem pretty good so far. PM ltweintz; I think he's put a few heat cycles on his and may have had an opportunity to push them a little.
Here in Massachusetts, any attempt to push them would land me in a pile of snow since it's nearly impossible to get traction through all the sand on the roads!
Good luck!
