why did you buy it if you knew it was slipping? expect to spend around 1300+ for parts+install...but while your gona put a new clutch in anyways i would recommend hardtopguy's complete clutch package with act hd pressure plate, oem friction disc+throwout bearing and lightweight flywheel

honda burns in nj wanted 900 bucks just for labor. I got the parts at hardtopguy.com and got it installed for 400 bucks at a mom and pop shop.
You might need flywheel, pressure plate, and bearing. I think its $900+ at hardtopguy. Its gonna cost you a lot more @ any honda dealership. Plus the setup at hardtopguy is top notch.

DO NOT visit a dealer for this application. Contact your community organizer, and "experienced members" from your part of town, and FIND a reputable tuner/builder. This is the best advice I can offer. Most of the Honda service folks CANNOT even spell Honda ...
Totally useless. This is just my opinion in Miami, FL. Wish you the best......

my 2nd gear kept poppin out and had it fixed under warranty at a local honda dealership.. not only did they fix it, they couldn't get 5th and 6th into gear afterwards... thus a brand new tranny cuz they apparently couldn't figure it out... just got it back 3 days ago.. found some dents on it and made them pop it out at no charge, so I dropped it off lastnight and just got it back again today.
I'm glad I got a new tranny though for free.. it cost $4k under warranty pricing.. advisor said it would cost more if I were to just go buy it ourtight..
